The Hillbilly Clans are an extension of the Shrine. In the continuous effort to support the Shriner's Hospitals for Children, the Hillbilly Clans maintain fundraisers, volunteer to drive patients to and from the hospitals at no cost to the parents, and so much more.

Hillbilly Days , held in Pikeville, Kentucky, is just one of the many ways the Hillbilly Clans support what has been called
"The Worlds Greatest Philanthropy"
